SIGMADESIGN has collaborated with an electronics design and manufacturing company, seeking an experienced Program Manager Supervisor to join their facility in Vancouver, WA. This company has an impressive range of electronic design, manufacturing, and test capabilities that allow them to serve a broad range of industries from consumer products to highly technical and regulated industries.

  • Salary: $105,000- $120,000/ year DOE

Primary Function:
Our client is looking for a Program Manager Supervisor who shares our commitment to solving customer problems and building lasting partnerships. Your role is to lead a team, ensure goals are met, maintain good customer relationships, and improve continuously. You'll need strong leadership skills and experience working across different teams to succeed.

Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests.
  • Visit customer sites to understand their needs.
  • Work with teams to solve customer problems.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers.
Technical Knowledge:
  • Understand electronic materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Know how to manage supply chains effectively.
RFQ and NPI Process Management:
  • Lead the process for introducing new products.
  • Make sure projects meet our goals and are profitable.
  • Assess risks before committing to new projects.
  • Review and approve customer quotes.
Project Management:
  • Keep track of customer orders and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare reports for management and clients.
  • Fix problems that come up during projects.
  • Manage changes to quotes and products
Leadership & Team Building:
  • Lead team meetings and support team goals.
  • Train and develop team members.
  • Give feedback to help team members grow.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Customer Focus Team, including hiring and training.

Education and Experience: (Knowledge, skills, & abilities)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Program Management.
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience with product management in electronics.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within North America.
  • Successfully pass a post offer background check and drug screen.

Work Environment:
OFFICE: Standard office environment with normal office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients or suppliers.
